If you’re between sizes and unsure whether to size up or down, you have a two options to choose from:
Size Down. For customers purchasing our product for gyno suppression, we only recommend doing this if you have a relatively low body fat percentage. Over compression can create countours and bulging that may be detectable through the crewneck, defeating its discretionary benefit.
For customers purchasing our product for chafing prevention, we do not recommend sizing down.
Size Up. Sizing up is recommended for customers purchasing our product for chafing prevention, especially those who will be conducting exercise in the Hybrid Crewneck. Over compression may still prevent nipple chafing, however tight friction points in other areas may create chaffing in new areas.
For customers purchasing our product for gyno suppression, we recommend sizing up for most guys. When testing yours, if you find you’d like a little more compression, wash and dry your crewneck on high heat. This will cause manual shrinkage of both the exterior crewneck & the interior compression component.
If you’re satisfied with our products compression level and crewneck presentation after washing & drying on hot & high heat, Enjoy!
If you’re satisfied with the compression level, but would like the crewneck to appear larger and or more baggy, you can gently pull down & out all around your crewneck (crewneck only, do not pull on the internal compression component unless you desire less compression) to manually increase size.
If you’re still not satisfied, you may need to size down, however this is not recommended for the majority of customers who are purchasing our product for gyno suppression.
*It is not recommended wear your Hybrid compression crewneck overnight for more than 12 hours.
Instructions & Product configuration
Wear
Locate the compression liner and route your head and arms up into both the liner & crewneck then out their respective holes. Once on, pull down around the bottom of the compression liner towards your waist to flatten as needed. Ensure you are inside the liner & not in front or behind it.
reconfiguration
Your Hybrid Compression Crewneck will arrive in the proper configuration, however it can get twisted during wash & dry cycles. To check for twists, turn your crewneck inside-out. The attachment points should be straight (as pictured below). If yours is twisted, untwist it before reconfiguration.
While inside-out, reach into the compression liner with both arms, pinch at the attachment points, and pull the entire crewneck through the liner.
Flip the crewneck around, and this time reaching through the crewneck, find the attachment points again, pinch, and pull the unit through itself one last time.
Voilà!
Your Hybrid Compression Crewneck should now be in the proper configuration.
